FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on orders over €100

All orders ship from our Dublin studio via An Post with tracking & shipping confirmation.

Standard Shipping worldwide is €9.99.

Standard shipping for orders over €100 is FREE (3-7 business days)

Need something faster? Priority shipping (3-5 business days) is available for €20. 

We currently offer worldwide shipping, rates are calculated at checkout. 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in your order’s total price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to see what additional charges you should expect before making your purchase.

International gifts: If you are shipping a gift order outside of Ireland, please bear in mind that we still have to include the value of the goods on the customs declaration. Being that we are a merchant, we cannot mark packages as a “gift” on the customs form.

Our studio is closed for all Irish Federal holidays.

RETURNS

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase!

Unworn purchases can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Damage claims must be filed within 2 days of receipt of goods. Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to process.

GIFT RETURNS

If you’d like to return a gift you received, please email us the following information: gifter’s name, shipping name & address to

hello@fiaclothing.com. Gift returns will be processed as store credit.

EXCHANGES

We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
